La Ponte awarded Ibermuseos Education Prize

CULTURALITY partner, research centre and ecomuseum La Ponte has been recognised in the 13th edition of the Ibermuseos Education Award, an international distinction that highlights the educational role of museums across Ibero-America.

The winning project, entitled “Cultural Itineraries: Free Education for the Conservation and Dissemination of Asturian Tangible and Intangible Heritage”, was selected alongside ten other award winning initiatives for its innovative approach, sustainability, and positive impact on the community.

Ibermuseos is a programme of cooperation and integration among Ibero-American countries, created to strengthen the more than ten thousand museums in the region and to promote collaboration in areas such as training, sustainability, education, and heritage conservation. With this award, La Ponte reinforces its commitment to heritage education and community engagement, reaffirming its role as a leading institution in the conservation and dissemination of Asturian cultural heritage.
